Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register for the BodyCircuit app or coaching services.
Health and fitness data: Body measurements, weight, workout logs, nutrition logs, and habit tracking data you enter into the BodyCircuit app.
Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number.
Usage data: How you interact with our website and app, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
Communications: Emails, messages, and coaching check-ins you send to us.
We use your information to deliver and improve our coaching services, personalize your workout and nutrition programs, process payments, communicate with you about your program, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your health and app data is stored securely using Google Firebase / Firestore. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation, your profile is archived for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you return. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at coach@bodycircuit.com or use the account deletion page.
Our website uses minimal cookies for analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
We use Google Firebase for app infrastructure, and a payment processor for billing. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
