By accessing or using BodyCircuit's website, app, Community, or coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
BodyCircuit provides online fitness and nutrition coaching, a mobile application, a free community, and in-person studio services including private personal training, 3D body scanning, and hybrid membership coaching. Services are provided by Brian Leddy, founder of BodyCircuit. There are two categories of participants:
Coaching Clients — individuals enrolled in a paid, personalized coaching program (in-person or online/hybrid) with Brian Leddy. Coaching Clients receive individualized programming, direct coach communication, and app access as part of their paid enrollment.
Community Members — individuals who join the free Brian Leddy Community (private Facebook group) and are granted app access via a community access code. Community Members are not enrolled in personalized coaching, do not receive individualized programming, coach check-ins, or direct coaching services, and use the app on a self-directed basis.
References to "you" or "your" throughout these Terms apply to both Coaching Clients and Community Members unless a section states otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using BodyCircuit services you represent that you meet this requirement.
BodyCircuit's coaching programs, app, and content are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a known medical condition or injury. This applies equally to Coaching Clients and Community Members.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. The 14-Day Experience includes a 20-day purchase window before your start date must be selected. Coaching Intensive memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with no further charges after the current billing period. Community membership and app access granted through the Community are free and no payment or refund terms apply to that access.
App access is granted at BodyCircuit's sole discretion, whether through an active coaching enrollment (Coaching Clients) or a Community access code (Community Members). BodyCircuit and Brian Leddy reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access to the app, the Community, or any BodyCircuit service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
For Coaching Clients, app access is tied to active enrollment. Upon cancellation or expiration of your program, app access will be removed and your profile will be archived for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you return.
For Community Members, app access is a benefit of Community membership. It may be revoked if you leave or are removed from the Community, if your access code is deactivated, or at BodyCircuit's discretion at any time — independent of any wrongdoing on your part.
All content on this website and within the BodyCircuit app — including workout programs, nutrition frameworks, blog posts, and branding — is the intellectual property of BodyCircuit and Brian Leddy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
BodyCircuit and Brian Leddy shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any program, membership in the Community, use of the app, or reliance on content provided through our services. This applies to both Coaching Clients and Community Members.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
