Coach Leddy sat down with Andrew and walked him through a plan that made sense for his lifestyle—one that didn’t require 6-days-a-week workouts or extreme diets.

We developed a performance boost game plan offering expert guidance across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress management—a personalized game plan that respected his time, history of injuries, and current demands as a dad and professional.

The First 11 Weeks: Real SUSTAINABLE Results

Movement Patterns: As we recallibrated his movement patterns to account for previous injuries, which also accelerated healing for nagging joint and muscle pain, Andrew was able to step up the intensity of his workouts.

His specific goals were to improve strength and explosiveness while avoiding injury.  This new plan led to greater gains, with the spillover effect supporting improved body composition figures.

Performance Reserve:  Many dads have more energy capacity than we believe, but we simply erode it down by making decisions that hamper recovery. For Andrew, we aligned his workouts with higher energy availability by having him adjust his meal times, increase protein intake, and perhaps most importantly, develop a nightly routine to promote an earlier bedtime that yields increased deep sleep.  

Andrew also took advantage of the recovery modalities that were available to him at BodyCircuit, most notably the zero-gravity massage chair. 


The Results:

Body Fat %: 19.4% → 14.4%
Fat Lost: 9.5 lbs
Muscle Gained: 2.8 lbs
Waistline: Down 2.0 inches

Office/Work Output: Anecdotal increases in productivity north of 20% mainly due to higher energy availability.

His workouts? Just 2 hours per week in the gym. That’s it.


Using custom “Circuit” training plans from Coach Leddy, Andrew lifted with purpose and precision—progressing lifts like incline dumbbell presses and dips without aggravating old injuries. We modified movements as needed and kept the focus on smart progression and quality reps.

On off-days, he’d go for rucking walks or casual bike rides—Zone 2 cardio that helped him burn fat, decompress, and even knock out work calls or podcasts at the same time.
